Forthcoming tastings

As a member of the Association of Wine Educators and a recommended tutor for the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, Brett is eminently qualified to run tastings, seminars and wine courses.

He has a relaxed, informative approach
to wine tasting for both formal and informal occasions. Drawing on his visits to vineyards and wineries all over Europe and the New World he can talk in detail about wine and the personalities of those involved in producing it.

Recent examples include corporate events, such as the grand opening of a Swedish bank’s operation, a tasting to follow a seminar run by a solicitors’ practice (wet follows dry), a wine quiz after a budget presentation by a firm of insolvency practitioners and a Vintage Champagne tasting to accompany the launch of the new Lexus model.
Brett has organised tastings at fundraising events for charities, schools, colleges, village halls, twinning associations, even political parties! And he delights in presenting formal wine tastings to wine clubs and societies.

On a smaller scale Brett is happy to add an extra dimension to a private dinner party, making a selection of wines to suit the food and talking about them as the meal unfolds. This can for any number and really benefits from the informal, relaxed approach.

A structured tasting with accompanying explanations and anecdotes will enhance any formal or informal occasion where wine lovers gather.
